GROUP TRIPS
Let us do the work for you! Ober Gatlinburg is now offering group travel planning. With one affordable and convenient price, we will set up your transportation, lodging, and activities for your group. Groups must be a minimum of 15 people.
We can customize the trip to meet your groups needs. Come ski or snowboard at almost half the price of a normal ticket. Don’t have equipment? Rental equipment can be added to your package at the same discounted rate. We also offer snowtubing discounts and partnerships with other Gatlinburg Attractions. Let us find your group the best deal on lodging and kick back on your no stress charter bus.

- To qualify for a group rate for all Non-Snow related activities (Tram, ice skating, etc.) your party must have at least 15 people (“paying” = age 5 & over) .. with advance reservation required for Weekends or Holiday periods.
- Group rates for Skiing & Snowboarding or Dining Options also require 15 or more people (“paying” = age 5 & over). Advance reservation and deposit required.
- Walk-in groups, for Non-Snow related activities, require 15 or more (“paying” = age 5 & over) to receive a discounted rate, with one person (leader) paying for all and ONLY on Non-Holiday Weekdays.
- The Group Sales office is open 7 days a week, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Please Note: Ober Gatlinburg is open 7 days a week year-round, including holidays, except for an 11 day period from April 22nd through May 2nd, 2019 for scheduled annual maintenance … All operations and facilities will be closed during these times. We will reopen on May 3rd.
